I think the storage space is adequate, although one buyer commented that a girl’s wrist watch would take up near half of the space which I concur. Yes, a little bit more space for storing a little girl’s wrist watch would have been dandy but overall, the storage space is alright to me and most importantly to my niece. She was able to put in all her little girl jewelry in this box.

The exterior of the box is gorgeous with beautifully illustrated graphics depicting a few ballerinas dancing and having a good time. As for the dancing ballerina figure in the box, well let’s just say the girl can really move! The figure dances wonderfully, with the spring underneath making her spin in a very attractive way. Schylling Uniquely Shaped Ballerina Jewelry Music Box

Perhaps you’re looking for something more unique in terms of shape? Because let’s face it, I’m pretty sure 90% of ballerina jewelry boxes out there are square in shape. So, if you’re looking for something other than the typical square-shaped boxes, then you might want to check out the following ballerina jewelry music box which is octagon-shaped.

Now, if you’re searching for something a little more spacious than the previous two ballerina jewelry boxes, then here it is.

Look closely at the above photo and you can see there’re two drawers in front of the box, where a little girl can store her jewelry like rings, brooches and earrings. The top can also be opened to reveal yet another storage space.
